2. Using the site

The content of this site is intended for informational purposes, to present our services and to gather enquiries from potential clients. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

Use the site in a way that could damage, overload or compromise its operation
Attempt unauthorised access to restricted areas of the site or our systems
Use the site's forms to send false, abusive or unlawful content

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site — including text, design, logos, images and code — is owned by Blank Studio or used with proper authorisation. Reproduction, distribution or use of this content without our prior written consent is not permitted.

4. Quotes and services

Prices and information shown on the site, including on the quote page, are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding contractual offer. Any project is only formalised after a written agreement between Blank Studio and the client, setting out the scope, timeline, pricing and specific conditions of the service.

5. Payments, deposits and cancellation

When you move forward with a project (for example, web development or design and branding), we request a 50% deposit of the agreed amount before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on delivery of the project.

If you cancel before paying the deposit or before work has started, there is no cost.
Once the deposit is paid and work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and resources already allocated to the project (research, initial concepts, planning).
For recurring services (for example, website maintenance or Google Ads campaign management), you may cancel at any time — this does not affect any period already paid for, but the service will not renew for the following period.

6. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the site's information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or omissions. Blank Studio is not liable for damages resulting from the use, or inability to use, the site, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Links to external sites

This site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, client projects or third-party networks). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

8. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute relating to the use of this site will be subject to the competent courts in Portugal.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We recommend checking it periodically.
